If you’ve been watching the markets at all this week you’ve probably noticed that all the bulk shippers had huge runs off their bottoms. They are not anywhere close to their all time highs but if you had invested in the last 2 weeks, you probably doubled your money with some of them.

SO what is next with them? Expect a dip, when a stock runs up 100% in a week profit taking is going to set in. I believe they are going to trade sideways for a bit and resume an upward trend but at a much slower pace.

The world economy is still in a recession so the bulk shippers will still be facing hard times in the near future.
